 The History...

Under the tutalage of one of Canada's rod building masters John Collina of JC Custom Tackle, I have learned and honed the fine art of crafting custom fishing rods and specialize in functionality using a hybrid approach of classic and original designs.

At Twisted "N" Addicted we understand your passions, obsessions and addictions to the sport of angling whether it's fly fishing, spey casting, center-pin float fishing, spinning, casting, trolling or down rigging...we've been there and know how much your rod means to the end result...fish!

I am an angler...first and foremost and have travelled all over North America in persuit of the next wild fishing adventure. From wild, west coast steelhead to black-fin shark on the east coast, trophy brook trout, walleye, bass and pike in between. Through my travels I have learned what all anglers want in a fishing rod...reliability!

The Philosophy...

I'm not just going to sell you a custom rod, I'm going to sell you a custom experience. Walk into my studio, have a seat on the couch and grab a beer from the fridge...then we can start talking about what YOU want in a rod.

Why do I refer to it as my "studio"...???

Simply because I consider every rod I craft as a fince piece of artwork. Sure, you're going to get roe juice all over it, sratch the hell out of it in the bush, drop it on the rocks, try to muscle out a snag and even soak it in a little fish blood hopefully...but before it leaves my studio, it's a perfect piece of artwork crafted with precision, passion and a twisted addiction.
